Termsof service

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms apply when you use beyourownpsychic.com.au or buy from it. The shop is run by Narelle, trading as Be Your Own Psychic, in Murray Bridge, South Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with my shipping, refunds and privacy policies.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars. Be Your Own Psychic is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
• Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.
• I do my best to keep prices, descriptions and stock accurate. If I've made a mistake, or something is out of stock after you order, I'll contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.
• Kits and bundles are priced as a set. Individual items can't be swapped unless I offer that.

Products, wellbeing and your health

• My products are made for ritual, reflection and enjoyment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and the products aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness.
• Please read the ingredients on each product page before ordering, especially if you have allergies. Ceremonial cacao contains natural stimulants (theobromine and a little caffeine).
• If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a health condition, check with your health professional before using cacao, blue lotus or oils.
• Blue lotus can be relaxing. Don't drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy.
• Never leave candles or smoke cleansing sticks burning unattended, and keep them away from children, pets and anything flammable.
• Oils are for external use only. Patch test before using them more widely, and stop using them if irritation occurs.
• Product colours, labels and natural ingredients can vary a little from batch to batch and from the photos.

Oracle and intuitive content

The card pulls, prompts and messages on this site are for reflection and inspiration. They're not predictions or professional advice of any kind. You are your own psychic, so trust what feels true for you.

All words, photos, artwork, labels and designs on this site belong to Be Your Own Psychic or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking first. Sharing and tagging on social media is always welcome.

Liability

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, and nothing in these terms excludes them. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect loss arising from using this site or my products. Where my liability can be limited, it's limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid.
