ingredients
- ceremonial grade criollo cacao
- coconut sugar
- blue lotus
- cinnamon
- maca
- celtic sea salt

method
- Add 2 tablespoons to 150–200 ml hot water or milk of choice.
- Blend thoroughly with your swirl stick or a blender.
- Set your intentions into the cacao.
- Drink with gratitude.
(How I make mine: For every day deliciousness – 2 tbsp of cacao blend with a tablespoon of coconut cream, topped with hot water and blended. For ceremony – I blend almost a full dose of ceremonial grade cacao with 2 tbsp of blend and water… Yum!)
