Where I ship

I currently ship within Australia only. Ceremonial cacao and botanicals like blue lotus can be held or refused by customs overseas, so for now I'm keeping things close to home.

Making time

Everything is made, filled and packed by hand in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and posted. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including South Australian public holidays.

Shipping options

Shipping is charged by the weight of your order, using Australia Post's rates:

  • Standard (Australia Post Parcel Post): $15 up to 500 g, $20 up to 1 kg, $25 up to 5 kg
  • Express (Australia Post Express Post): $15 up to 250 g, $20 up to 1 kg, $25 up to 3 kg, $35 up to 5 kg

You'll see the exact cost for your order at checkout before you pay.

Express speeds up the delivery once your order is posted. It doesn't shorten the 5–7 business day making time.

Once your parcel is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Australia Post usually delivers Standard parcels in 2–8 business days and Express in 1–4 business days, depending on where you are. Those are their estimates rather than guarantees, and remote areas can take longer.

Your address

Please double check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email me at shine@earthynarelle.com.au as soon as possible and I'll fix it if your order hasn't been posted yet. I can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but I'll always help where I can.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, email me with your order number (and photos of any damage) and I'll sort it out with Australia Post and make it right for you. See my refunds policy for more.

Warm weather

Cacao is a natural product and can soften or bloom (go a little pale) in summer heat. This doesn't affect its quality. Once it arrives, store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
